Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Supervisor to lead our team at COFFEE CULTURE. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing food service staff, maintaining quality control standards, and preparing budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef

Work Conditions:
The Culinary Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The position requires standing for extended periods, walking, and physically demanding tasks.

Personal Suitability:
We are looking for a team player who is client-focused, efficient in interpersonal skills, and has excellent oral communication. The ideal candidate will be flexible, take initiative, and be dependable.

Experience:
The Culinary Operations Supervisor should have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. The position is permanent, and the working hours are 35 hours per week.
