About the Role:

Marsh Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled Associate Client Executive to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients, and partnering with various resources to provide superior client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client service plans to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Analyze client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage to determine product/service requirements
  • Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers
  • Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents
  • Generate new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan
  • Manage timely billing/collection for each client
  • Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with commercial insurance
  • RIBO license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire
  • Strong business acumen, including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance, and issues
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines
