We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join our team at Manitoulin Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including parts cataloging and electronic inventory systems.
- Process orders and invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate a forklift and other equipment as needed.
- Perform cycle counts and stock usage forecasting on a daily and weekly basis.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Minimum 1 year of parts experience in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Valid Class G driver's license and asset.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
