Parts Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team at Manitoulin Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping parts
- Process orders and invoices in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Operate a forklift and other equipment as required
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum valid class G driver's license and asset
- Minimum 1 year of parts experience in the automotive or transportation industry
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift medium-weight objects and work in a fast-paced environment
