Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Shared Services Compliance Auditor. As a leader in fleet management, CEI provides unparalleled products and services to our clients. The Shared Services Compliance Auditor will be responsible for ensuring precise billing practices to maintain a consistent and high-quality client billing experience while safeguarding the financial integrity of CEI. This role will involve supporting the Director of Billing Client Services by auditing and verifying that business processes are consistently executed and compliant with internal audit and SOC controls, while also reporting key findings to relevant stakeholders. The auditor will implement and execute audit routines to monitor the performance of critical contractual and billing components across Shared Services and all departments contributing to the billing process. Additionally, this role will focus on identifying process and business risks and monitoring robust processes that are well-documented and effectively controlled.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish audit criteria and checklists for all billing inputs, including internal Shared Services and external vendor files.
- Conduct regular audits for specific clients, including all new client implementations and changes, validating pre and post-bill charges.
- Perform yield analysis and other quality measures to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct root-cause analyses to identify sources of billing discrepancies and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to assist in developing and executing implementation plans for critical processes or initiatives.
- Conduct quality assurance on all new or modified procedures impacting billing.
- Ensure all documented procedures and compliance practices are regularly updated and validated.
- Support external auditors during compliance audits and internal control assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of progressive professional experience, particularly in a multinational environment managing complex processes.
- Experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance, Risk Advisory, or Audit roles.
- Proficient in assessing process risks.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated project management and analytical skills; proactive and able to thrive under pressure.
- A collaborative team player committed to success, capable of working within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle pressure with tact and professionalism.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex problems and recommendations clearly.
- Proven ability to champion change and foster teamwork.
