As a Shared Services Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes, safeguarding our financial well-being, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities 

As a Shared Services Auditor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate billing and financial reporting for our clients, providing a superior client experience.

  • Conducting audits and risk assessments to identify process and business risks, and implementing controls to mitigate these risks.

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans for key processes and initiatives.

  • Conducting quality assurance and signoff on all new or changed procedures that impact the bill.

  • Ensuring all documented procedures, SOPs, and compliance practices are up-to-date and validated on a quarterly basis.

  • Participating in and providing support to external auditors for compliance audits, agreed-upon procedures, and internal control audits.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study.

  • Minimum three years of progressive professional experience in a multinational company managing complex process requirements.

  • Experience in a role in Compliance, Quality Assurance, Risk Advisory, or Audit.

  • Experience assessing process risks and implementing controls to mitigate these risks.

  • SAP, PowerBI, Alteryx, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint skills preferred.

  • Solid PC skills, data entry, and typing skills, and familiarity with general office equipment.

  • Strong critical and clear-thinking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent skills in project management and analytics, pro-active, self-empowered, and ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Outstanding team player committed to success, capable of working within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion, and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal with complex problems, influence others, and present recommendations and findings in a clear, concise format.
