Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Overnight Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the sales floor is prepared for store opening, and that merchandise is accurately labeled and stocked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Opening Preparation: Prepare the sales floor for store opening by setting up displays, merchandising, and signing features.
  • Merchandise Processing: Unload trailers, pull pallets to the floor, and assist in the processing of merchandise in a safe and clean environment.
  • Stocking and Labeling: Label merchandise and place it in backroom bins/stocking areas, and assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales floor goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is an asset.
