General Manager Sales

Boston Pizza Squamish is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotions
- 2+ years of sales management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
