About This Position

The Business Leader is a key role at Hudson's Bay, responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective management of people and processes. This dynamic leader will execute the company's strategy by leveraging their exceptional communication, analytical, and in-store marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short and long-term action plans to address business opportunities and drive positive outcomes.
  • Build and execute development plans to drive optimal performance for direct reports.
  • Review and analyze sales and productivity results on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Identify and develop internal talent within the executive and associate groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of retail management experience and profit & loss responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to diffuse challenging situations.
