Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our restaurant, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage cash handling, reconcile cash, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including labor management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and employee retention.
  • Directly perform hands-on operational work to train and develop team members, respond to customer service needs, and model excellent behavior.
  • Supervise and train team members on team stations, products, processes, and policies.
  • Manage cash control/security procedures and implement marketing plans to enhance restaurant results.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and corporate safety/security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to prepare action plans to address in-store issues and effectively communicate these plans to the team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, franchisees, and other corporate contacts.
  • Recruit, select, hire, and retain effective team talent, and counsel and discipline team members as necessary.
Requirements
  • One to two years of management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of all restaurant equipment, policies, and procedures.
  • Completion of all internal training curriculums.
