Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at ESSKAY HOMES INC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in plumbing
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and various locations
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work under pressure
