Adecco Canada is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our client's dynamic Maintenance Department in Regina, SK.

This full-time role involves working closely with other tradespersons to ensure the efficiency and reliability of industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations
  • Read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and diagrams
  • Repair and assemble industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to specifications
  • Operate hoisting devices to position machinery and parts during assembly, installation, and repair activities
  • Test and provide feedback on existing and newly manufactured industrial equipment
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating machinery
  • Prepare inspection and service reports
  • Train and mentor apprentices and other staff on industrial repair practices
  • Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and equipment according to layout plans
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Must hold a valid Red Seal certification as a Machinist
  • Proven experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with the ability to train and mentor others
