As a General Duty Medical Radiology Technologist with Shared Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team in this dynamic and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Provide direct patient care and technical support to ensure accurate and efficient imaging results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and contribute to the development of best practices in medical imaging.
- Graduate of an approved Medical Radiography program with certification by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
- Active registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Windows computer environment.
- Previous experience in medical imaging or a related field.
- Fluent language skills in both French and English (written and oral).
