About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at Royal Spice Indian Cuisine Ltd. as a Restaurant Server.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
  • Clean and maintain tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked bar.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate service.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
