Job Title: Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer is a critical role within our organization, responsible for providing on-site support to our customers. This includes installation, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, removals, and other support needed. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause and identify possible solutions.
  • Focus on improving customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Travel to customer sites as required, with flexibility to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma completed.
  • Minimum of 3 years corporate experience in a Field Service capacity.
  • Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, solid organizational/prioritization skills, and a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing business environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
