Job Summary:

Amico is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter inventory data into our accounting software with precision and attention to detail.
• Match packing slips with purchase orders, approve and enter invoices into our accounting system.
• Collect payments and prepare weekly accounts receivable reports.
• Coordinate with teams on credit extension and arrange prepayment as needed.
• Reconcile accounts payable and credit card payments with accuracy.
• Prepare sales expenses and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Accounting certificate or degree.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.
