Job Summary

Celtrade Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
