Job Title: Food Preparation Specialist

Celtrade Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
