We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Payless Sand and Gravel Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities and sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to meet our high standards
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours of work per week
