We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead RN to join our team at Casa Mia, a state-of-the-art care home in Vancouver. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in providing leadership and support to our nursing and care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff, promoting excellence in care delivery and resident outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practices, new policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a recognized school of nursing and currently registered Nurse (RN or RPN) with BCCNM.
  • Two (2) years nursing experience in Continuing Care Sector, with a focus on dementia care and end-of-life care.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
