Director of Employee Relations

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Employee Relations to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving employee and labour relations strategies that align with our organizational goals.
About the Role:- Develop and implement employee and labour relations strategies that promote a stable and constructive work environment.
- Design and implement processes that align with business and HR strategies, ensuring consistency with priorities and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to equip and enable them to manage employee and labour relations in a self-service delivery environment.
- Drive programs, policies, and systems that ensure organizational leaders are enabled and equipped to manage employee and labour relations.
- 2-3+ years of professional experience in a leadership role, building and leading a team in employee development, coaching, and employment-related practices.
- Hybrid work environment with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.
- Performance bonus eligible, along with RRSP matching program.
