Position Overview

The Communications Manager at CENTURY PRIVATE SCHOOL plays a crucial role in shaping the school's public image and ensuring effective communication strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging content to promote the school's programs and services.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and inspire a small team to achieve communication goals.
  • Contract Management: Oversee agreements with external vendors and partners.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Strategize and implement marketing campaigns to enhance visibility.
  • Budget Oversight: Plan and manage financial resources effectively.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Strategic Direction: Lead the development and execution of communication strategies and information programs.
  • Media Relations: Foster and maintain relationships with media representatives.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Direct efforts to promote products and services through various channels.
  • Event Coordination: Organize special events and promotional activities.
  • Public Opinion Research: Conduct surveys to gauge community attitudes and perceptions.
  • Media Engagement: Initiate and sustain contact with media outlets.
  • Educational Programs: Prepare and deliver informative sessions and materials.
  • Research and Preparation: Gather and develop communication resources.
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing a team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Qualifications

Requires 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in communications or a related field.
