**Job Summary**

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to oversee the implementation of the Scrum framework and ensure effective collaboration and coordination between team members.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Oversee the Scrum Process**: Ensure adherence to Agile principles and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members.
  • **Guide and Coach the Team**: Provide guidance and coaching on Agile practices and ensure continuous improvement.
  • **Remove Impediments**: Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress and success.
  • **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
  • **Monitor Project Progress**: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project progress.

**Requirements**

  • **Proven Experience**: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • **Strong Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
  • **Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills**: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • **Certification**: Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. CSM) is highly preferred.
  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

**Benefits**

  • **Temporary Contractor**: Temporary contractor position with a 1-year term.
  • **Location**: Work will be performed in a remote setting.
  • **Work Hours**: Normal 37.5 hour work week, Monday - Friday.
