Key Responsibilities- Recipe Preparation: Prepare dough for a range of items including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following both standard recipes and special customer requests.
- Baking: Skillfully bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Custom Orders: Handle special orders with precision and creativity.
- Decoration: Frost and embellish cakes and baked goods to enhance their visual appeal.
- Production Management: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Equipment Operation: Operate baking machinery and tools efficiently.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a baking role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
