Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events: Plan and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist Clients with Special Needs: Provide assistance to clients with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Coordinate Activities with Other Departments: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Supervise and Train Security Guards: Supervise, train, and schedule the activities of security guards, ensuring they are equipped to handle any situation.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Security Guard License and any other relevant certifications.
  • Experience: Have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
