Job Overview:

In this role, you will be tasked with the thorough cleaning and upkeep of windows across various residential and commercial properties.

This position offers full-time hours with competitive hourly wages and potential for advancement within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly role with a compensation range of $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience.
Employees receive biweekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform window cleaning and maintenance at diverse residential and commercial locations utilizing professional-grade cleaning tools and methods
  • Eliminate debris, dirt, and stains from windows employing various cleaning solutions and equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, and pressure washers
  • Ensure all windows are left streak-free and impeccably clean
  • Identify and report any damages or required repairs to windows
  • Engage professionally with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any supply needs
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Physical capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and proficiency in using personal protective equipment
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for travel to various job sites
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
