**Director, Digital Asset Management**
Starboard Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Digital Asset Management to lead the development of our company's digital infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the engineering, procurement, and construction management of surface infrastructure projects.
- Deliver project objectives and coordinate with project leadership to identify and prepare required reporting formats and key performance indicators.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications, develop strategies for execution, and determine appropriate construction and contracting methods for economic constructability.
- Interface with environment, permitting, and licensing teams to ensure necessary permits and licenses are identified and tracked.
- Establish and fulfill governance and oversight role for the company when managing external contractors.
- Facilitate, review, and provide project leadership with feedback and endorsement for surface infrastructure estimates, budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
**Requirements:**
- Engineering degree or equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience.
- 10+ years of leadership and management experience in the design, procurement, development, and management of remote construction sites in the mining industry.
- Efficient and skilled in planning, organization, leadership, management, and administrative processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate directly with project leadership on key issues.
- Complete knowledge of complex projects with engineering, procurement, construction, jobsite management, and other project-related activities.
- Experience in surface infrastructure design and construction, including powerplants, remote accommodations, roads, and pads.
- Ability to mentor project staff and provide area leadership.
**What We Offer:**
- Initial based in the company's Saskatoon office, with some travel required to consultants' offices.
- Transition to a site-based position when construction activities are being conducted.
