Job Description

At CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at the Alexander Keith's Retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Support customers in their purchases by offering knowledge of our beer and merchandise selection, as well as our brewery tour experience.
  • Manage customer inquiries through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace to ensure a safe and efficient shopping environment.
  • Complete daily opening and closing duties to ensure the store is ready for business.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Alexander Keith's Brewery, promoting our brand and values to customers and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Well-organized and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of brewing processes is an asset.
