Position Summary:
The Transportation & Distribution Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational activities conducted by third-party logistics providers (3PL). This includes managing capacity planning for storage, unloading, order preparation, dispatch, and local distribution. The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the monthly supply chain budget for the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with 3PL to coordinate daily operational resources for unloading and order assembly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of 3PL to ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze pre-delivery reports to confirm the availability of all necessary products for sale.
  • Schedule daily unloading units with the appropriate transportation providers.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Validate and audit cyclical inventory programs.
    • Prepare documentation in SAP for any discrepancies found.
    • Oversee the monthly destruction process of obsolete products.
    • Coordinate inventory activities with 3PL in alignment with finance schedules.
  • Engage in warehouse recycling initiatives by managing inputs and their return processes.
  • Co-Packing Activities:
    • Ensure the availability of materials for offer assembly.
    • Review and supervise the execution of the co-packer plan.
    • Monitor compliance with the weekly assembly schedule.
  • Local Dispatch Coordination:
    • Ensure transport units are available for timely local deliveries.
    • Verify the proof of delivery (POD) process within the system.
    • Assist 3PL in resolving billing issues and facilitate communication with SAP.
    • Ensure compliance with the company's cut-off policy for invoiced orders.
  • Coordinate the assembly of samples and donations, ensuring accurate discounts in the system.
  • Manage the administration of rented pallets and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Support the implementation of digitalization projects aimed at optimizing logistics operations.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing, customer service, or logistics. Proficiency in English and familiarity with inventory management, continuous improvement, and data analysis are essential. Knowledge of SAP and G-suite tools is preferred.
