Job Title: Sales Support CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at the RONA Cowansville Store. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing Pro customer orders nationwide, working closely with sales representatives, the delivery and receiving team, and with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Pro customer orders, both regular and special orders, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives, the delivery and receiving team, and with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Understand the challenges faced by Pro customers to provide tailored solutions and advice.
- Stay up-to-date with new products on the market, their features, and functions through ongoing training and development.
- Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction industry.
- Experience in customer service.
