Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Pro Sales Support team at our Cowansville Store. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Pro customer orders nationwide, including regular and special orders
  • Develop strong relationships with sales representatives, delivery and receiving teams, and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer challenges and finding tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and functions through training and development
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction industry
  • Experience in customer service
