About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to join our team at Samantha Balass. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Provide high-quality childcare, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting children to bed. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping, cleaning duties, and meal preparation.
  • Errands and Transportation: Accompany children on trips, take them to and from school, and attend appointments as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including administering first aid when necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding children's daily activities, health, and well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking and scent-free home environment.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Transportation: Public transportation available.
Security and Safety
  • Certifications: Child Abuse Registry check, Child welfare check, Criminal record check, Drug test, Medical exam, and Basic security clearance.
