About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Lily's Lounge Spa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Sales Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, customer service metrics, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
