Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register Systems: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Handle customer payments, process returns and exchanges, and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and facing.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain store inventory, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
