About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team at ED Tech Network Solutions Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Administer Network Infrastructure

Ensure the smooth operation of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

Evaluate and Install Network Hardware and Software

Assess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to meet the needs of our organization.

Provide Expert Problem-Solving Services

Offer technical support to network users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Ensure Data Security and Integrity

Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.

Configure Network Connections

Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field

Language

English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
