- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 40 hours per week
