Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

  • Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store remains competitive and attractive to customers.

  • Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management

Working Conditions:

  • English language required
  • 40 hours per week
