Job Summary

MP Accounting and Finance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing resources, and representing the company in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to senior staff and department heads to ensure effective team performance.
  • Representation: Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring a positive and professional image.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, conferences, and other activities to promote the company's interests and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
