Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Key Holder to support our retail operations.
Role Summary
In the capacity of a Key Holder, you will be instrumental in guiding our store's operations. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and assisting Retail Sales Associates, managing inventory processes, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
What You Will Contribute:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, ideally within the apparel sector
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to customer service and fostering meaningful connections
- The capability to excel in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- A willingness to embrace innovation and pursue ongoing learning
- Availability for full-time hours, with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday
Key Duties:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Overseeing and training Retail Sales Associates
- Maintaining proficiency in our point-of-sale system
- Managing store opening and closing procedures
- Handling cash management and daily financial reconciliation
- Conducting inventory tasks, including stock receiving and replenishment
- Ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization
- Executing additional responsibilities as required
