Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Chiropractor to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, developing personalized treatment plans, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Utilize your expertise to provide high-quality care, conduct thorough assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their movement health objectives.
  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document client conditions and progress, adhering to charting expectations, and engage clients using available technology to enhance their experience.
  • Business Development: Build and manage your own caseload by engaging with local referral sources, and participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education to continually enhance your skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your Clinic Director to identify and meet your training and development needs, and contribute positively to clinic culture, mentor students, and cover shifts when needed.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Insurance: Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college, and appropriate liability insurance.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, with behaviors such as cross-referring, follow-ups, and managing outreach.
  • Personal and Professional Growth: Commit to ongoing learning and collaboration, and be a goal-oriented team player who sets and achieves targets in partnership with the Clinic Director.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Possess strong communication skills and a positive customer service attitude.
