Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Plan and execute menus that meet the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our customers, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet demand.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and cook high-quality dishes.

Kitchen Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
