We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Commercialization Manager to join our team at Lactalis Canada. As a key member of our commercialization team, you will be responsible for the successful management of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of commercialization initiatives across the division.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams through the commercialization process to ensure successful project delivery
  • Developing and managing project workback schedules, defining critical paths, and tracking progress
  • Building strong relationships with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Commercializing products across multiple brands, including sustainability and regulatory initiatives
  • Identifying project constraints and resource requirements, escalating to Senior Project Commercialization Manager as needed
  • Maintaining and updating commercialization best-in-practice documentation and tools
  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • University degree (or equivalent level of work experience)
  • Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.)
  • Project Management or other relevant Professional designations (PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
  • 2-4 years' experience in project management, leveraging project management tools and techniques, with a preference for food/beverage CPG industry
  • Technical knowledge and experience (R&D, Quality, Packaging, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply chain)
  • Proven track record of managing projects simultaneously while staying on schedule and within budget
  • Leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Best-in-class Project Management skills with strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and excel as both a strong team player and project leader
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project. Data management/SAP experience is an asset
  • Bilingual (English/French) language skills an asset
