Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with tow truck operators to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of tow truck operations, including mileage, fuel use, and repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dispatch or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
