About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at PAUL\u0027S GREENHOUSES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial and production records
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees in their integration into our team
  • Assist with foreign credential recognition and provide support for newcomers and refugees
  • Work a regular 35-40 hour week
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a rural area
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
