Under the guidance of the Team Lead or designated clinical supervisor, this position delivers essential home support services tailored to a pre-defined care plan.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal planning, and preparation, all while fostering maximum independence. Additionally, the role involves performing delegated tasks for which appropriate training has been completed.
A fundamental aspect of this position is to ensure the well-being of individuals and families, promoting a lifestyle of independence within the community.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $29.60.
