Job Overview
LIDS is a leading retailer of sports apparel and accessories. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, and completing price changes.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and inventory.
- Supervise and train sales associates on store operations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
