Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Indian Sweet Master Waterloo. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations: Organize and maintain a clean and attractive bar area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections, address customer complaints, and resolve conflict situations in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages and food products.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and positive attitude.
