Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Indian Sweet Master Waterloo. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations
    • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
    • Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options
    • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
  • Customer Service
    • Provide recommendations on drink selections to enhance the customer experience
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
  • Team Collaboration
    • Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field

Work Environment
