Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our evening shift team at our Taunton Mills Village. As an RPN at Schlegel Villages, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our Village.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure resident-centered care

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current Heart Save Level of CPR certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
