What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a retail management position

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional time management abilities – consistently delivering on time and within budget
  • Proficient in various computer applications including Point of Sale systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a reputation for reliability

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing retail operations management with confidence
  • Analyzing, maintaining, and enhancing our operational systems and processes
  • Managing guest appointments with a welcoming demeanor
  • Sharing your expertise and passion by coaching the sales team to meet store sales objectives
  • Ensuring the salon is impeccably clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing according to Chatters' standards
  • Demonstrating extensive product knowledge while managing inventory, ordering, and pricing
  • Handling financial aspects such as budget monitoring, payroll management, scheduling, and cost management
  • Creating a friendly atmosphere for guests and beauty consultants alike
