Position Overview:

To support our expanding operations, we are in search of a proactive individual to join our team in overseeing customer service and development.

This role involves a combination of customer support, internal sales, external sales, and marketing efforts. A valid G driver's license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing existing customer service and optimization
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing strategies and materials
  • Implementing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Identifying and acquiring potential customers
  • Conducting competitive market analysis
  • Reviewing and analyzing sales data
  • Managing service and lead development through a customer relationship management (CRM) platform

We focus on providing services to food service channels, including educational institutions and seasonal outlets.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, with an emphasis on sales and marketing
  • Proven track record in sales development within a related industry
  • A strong commitment to fostering and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
